The Navy Wings Swordfish Golf Tournament is a very friendly competitive event where teams from industry, serving personnel, charities and all quarters of the military aviation community enjoy a great day’s golf, followed by dinner and prize-giving at the prestigious Bowood Spa and Golf Resort near Chippenham in Wiltshire. Weather permitting there will be a demonstration from one of the Navy Wings heritage aircraft fleet whilst players are on the course. All proceeds go to support the Navy Wings Charity.

The Aero has been invited to send a team of 4 to participate in the Navy Wings Charity Day. There may be an opportunity to enter a second team, depending on the number of other entrants. Format for the day is an 18 hole Team Stableford competition. There is also a putting competition after your round on the challenging Bowood course. It's a fun day out and supports a worthy cause - not to be missed if you can make it!
