Awarded to the winner of the singles stableford at the Summer Guest meeting held at The Berkshire Golf Club
History
After 1945 and prior to 2017 the winner of the Summer Guest meeting was awarded the Flight Trophy which is our oldest trophy. It was originally named the Spring Challenge Trophy and awarded to the winner of the Spring Meeting. With the creation of a new Spring meeting, currently held at North Hants Golf Club, the Flight Trophy is now awarded to the winner of that meeting. The new AgustaWestland Apache Trophy was originally presented to the Army Officers GS but has now been re-presented to the Aero GS by Mr Ron Jones, Marketing Director of Agusta Westland and member of the Aero GS. It was awarded to the winner of the Singles Stableford competition at The Berkshire, which was last played in 2022.
